Over the past 10 months I have had the great pleasure of operating and being a part of the Sweet Grass reinvention. So, it is with mixed emotions, that I share that I am moving to a different part of the industry. I am so thankful for the opportunity I've had to help reinvent one of my favorite restaurants, take it back to its southern roots, and help it grow! To do this, I worked hard to build a talented, energetic, and attentive staff that I truly believe is one of the best in Bloomington. As you can tell, I care deeply about this restaurant's future so I am actively helping to find and train the next general manager. Any manager would be lucky to work with the staff that is currently here and all the new exciting changes to come.
